This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of linear algebra. It is designed to give undergraduate students a basic understanding of the concept of linear algebra and its applications. The course will cover topics such as matrices, vector spaces, linear transformations, systems of linear equations, and applications to economics, engineering, and computer science. The course will also cover topics such as numerical methods for solving linear equations, orthogonality, inner product spaces, and eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Problem solving, computer algorithms, and applications to engineering and computer science will be emphasized throughout the course.
